Our volunteers all work from their home. We do not have a central facility to bring the bird to. If you live in the East Valley of Arizona you can call our number and be referred to one of our volunteers.

Please leave a clear message with your telephone number and what species of bird you think that have found. Speak slowly and clearly. We cannot handle all birds and may refer you to another organization, e.g. we cannot handle protected species or raptors and could refer you to an organization that handles those types of rescues.
Please be patient and considerate. You are calling someone's home and they are an unpaid volunteer.
We are not able to pick up the bird that you have found - you will need to transport it to one of our volunteers and you will be given specific instructions about how to do this.
